Beach Girlie.
Just a quick post to show you another July Release over at Time for Tea Designs! I just can't get enought of Jo's Summer images, and this one's no exception! Beach Girl's got some nice wind-blown hair, relaxed pose, and pensive expression. Perfect for a vacay scene, don't ya think??
I'll be back with a couple of posts tomorrow. And I promise, there's still a big CHA-themed one coming up ...maybe early next week??
Hugs!

Jogger Mae.
Hey blogland! I hope your week is off to a great start! Mine is! :)
It's Tuesday and that usually means a new Digital stamp reveal at Some Odd Girl!
Featuring Jogger Mae:
I just love "action stamps." And she is so versatile too! She encourages me to get on the treadmill and start exercising! I love how you can basically size her up or down to fit not only cards, but also scrapbook lay-outs or even Project Life. At the last crop I went to, I saw a lady making a Weightloss Journey journal. It was so very inspiring and it truly made her proud and held her accountable in the process!
At first, I was going to give this card to a friend who runs. But I think I may just keep it as an inspiration for myself. I just may go for a walk around my neighborhood or even start up that big machine in my craftroom (and by machine, I don't mean my computer! LOL).
For the card, I kept it pretty simple. I wanted to keep the theme an uprising and encouraging one so I opted for the clouds. The sentiment is from SOG's Music Mae. I had loved working out and running to music so I included that too. And that doggie on the washi made a cute addition :).
Now if only I had the balls to run outdoors!!! Haha!
Don't forget to check out more inspiration on the SOG blog, Judy's, and Rene's blogs!

My Time at CHA, part 2.
Hello again, and welcome to part 2 of my time at CHA! Please scroll down for the first part. Lots and lots of sneak peeks folks! I loved seeing them all firsthand at CHA. Hope you enjoy my pics and commentaries.
Pink Paislee
I really love Hey Kid. It could be either for a boy or a girl. I love the colors and those circles. And the above pic with its ombre letters? To die for!
Simple Stories
I still need to finish my mini album for our Disneyland trip back in April. The Disney-themed line would be perfect for it! And it could work for other pictures too...it's pretty versatile! And, just look at those elephants. Super cute!
Allison Kreft and Webster Pages
I have to tell you a funny story on my next post about Allison K. I am really embarrassed! But let's talk about her line! Breathtakingly beautiful! And they are coming out with overlays! Woot woot! I've missed her Hambly line!
Glitz Design
I love Glitz with their fancy lines! I gotta admit that I was a little disappointed with their group. If I had to choose the least friendly one, I'm sorry to say it would be them. They were just kind of huddled around in a corner and did not reach out to potential customers. Nevertheless, I love their stuff!
Prima
Lots and lots of lovely flowers and embellies, including the heart-shaped ones! And someone said they even saw hexagon-shaped ones!! Woot woot!!
And now, some Random Eye Candies:
Thanks for visiting! Come back on Sunday for my last CHA post!
Toot-a-loo!!

My time at CHA, part 1.
Hi all!
I've just come back from CHA (Craft and Hobby Association's big craft convention), and let me tell you, it was so much fun!
It had always been my dream to come. I've always marveled when I'd see posts from my favorite scrapbookers and bloggers about what they did and what they saw. If you aren't familiar with the show, it's basically a convention where companies put out their best items and new releases. They each have a booth, and the owners and/or designers work there. I knew that going meant I'd see lots of inspiration and meet lots of crafty peeps and eeeeeks....scrapbooking celebrities!
Enter Some Odd Girl -- Y'all know I love Some Odd Girl and designing for them! They invited the DT to help out and work the booth for CHA this year. I ecstatically said yes! And with the help of my in-laws, my hubby, and a co-worker who took an extra shift for me (and my boss who approved it), I was able to come for a couple of days.
More about SOG's booth later though. I will save her for another day, in case Kristy wants me to share my pics on the SOG blog.
Here are some pics of the show. I'll probably spread them out on three posts because I've got quite a few! :) I did not have much time to go to all of the booths, so I got as many pics and stops that I could. It was definitely fun going around with people that I know (yay for seeing Bay Area peeps!) and it was also nice going about it alone.
By the entrance:
Heidi Swapp
Heidi was super sweet and super nice! She even had Santa Claus and fab make-n-takes! My time on the floor was limited so I was unable to sit and do one :(. I'm so glad I got to meet her though.
The Crafter's Workshop
For those of you who love stencils, you'll love TCW! I really enjoyed seeing different styles of scrapbooking. I got a couple of free stencils from them.
Basic Grey
Basic Grey was awesome! They had a big booth in the middle, with lots of eye candy and even a photo set-up. I had a wonderful Capture make-n-take that included their much sough-after calendar stamp. Let me tell you, it's amazing and easy! The lovely Ann-Marie Morris also showed Theresa, Jossie, Kerry, and I through it and took pics with us.
Tim Holtz and Ranger:
Tim Holtz also had a big booth! Full of wonderful cabinets and vintage and dark decor! He was always surrounded with the ladies, and I've got to say that I see now what most are talking about when I see him in person. He's pretty attractive! :)
We R Memory Keepers
I didn't get to stay here long, but it was all very amazing! I really want WANT WANT their new 3x4 punch!!!
Maggie Holmes and Crate Paper
I'd have to say that this is probably my most favorite! I love the displays, and the country chicness of it! Love those lights and pretty embellies (check out the gold!!). It's all very cute! And so is Maggie H!
Studio Calico:
Aren't these just drool-worthy??? And I love the wood tones!!
Dear Lizzy:
Another beautiful line! Those bits of banners everywhere were so alluring. Elizabeth Kartchner was very sweet! And so is her new line. When I was taking a pic with her, I was a little shy. She made me feel comfortable right away by giving me a tight squeeze on my arm!
More pics and info tomorrow! Have a wonderful day! Thanks for visiting!!
