Hello, hello, hello!!
It's time for new projects featuring The Greeting Farm's new and current print and cuts file - Hoppy Easter.
The DT made a Spring-themed creation as well as an Easter Project Life one. The kit definitely works for both! Here's my Spring one... I made a card using Easter Bean, which is exclusive in this digital kit:
Isn't she adorable? She is so much fun to color! And her dress is too cute! Do you all dress up for Easter? I try to find an outfit that is fresh and a l'il flower-y, if not pastel-colored. I do the same for my boys! I hope to do it for my hubby this time around, but he does not like to dress up (boo!). I used to not care for pastels, but I must say that I've been loving these soft colors lately. Tried to incorporate all of my current fave Spring colors here.
And for my PL, here are pics from Easter 2013 decorated with the Daily Life components. I really like how this kit is so versatile and so there are tons of ways to combine these designs!
I have yet to include any journaling, but as you can see, the pics pretty much tell the story. Below are my parents with their grandkids. It's next to impossible to get a great group pic of toddlers and babies, right? :)
Please make sure you visit the TGF blog and the rest of the Print & Cuts DT: Claudette, Cynthia, and Sui Lan!

April Release, Preview Day One at CC Designs.
It's almost the beginning of the new month, and you know what this means? It's time for C.C. Designs' stamp previews!
For the first day, I'm showing you Party Olivia. Isn't she darling? She, and the rest of the April releases, will be available on April 3rd at 12 Noon (CST).
For this week, I'll be using a bunch of vintage-looking party-themed patterned paper from October Afternoon (Cakewalk). I love this line and had been hoarding it for a while :). But thought the April releases were so sweet that they needed something special. Plus, it's such good timing because my birthday is in April, LOL!
But I ended up giving this card to my colleagues. It wasn't for their bdays though, it was to greet them for a Happy Recreational Therapy Month! :)
Hope you get to visit the CCD Blog as well to look at all the different creations!
See you all very soon!!

Hugs and a Giveaway!
Good Saturday morning, everyone!!
How are you all doing today?? Well, here in Cali, we are having rain and little earthquakes (YIKES!). But other than that, I am so very glad it's the weekend!
Today, I've got a card for you from Time for Tea Designs! My project features Hugs, and she is super cute! I wanted a chance to color in some stockings with the bit of skin showing through so I decided to match her hair to the stockings :).
I used up my stash of Amy Tangerine's Ready, Set, Go line. I love how it's about traveling and packing and documenting life... pretty much what I love! The chevron part is actually a pocket envelope!
I'm including this handmade card in my Crafty Instagram giveaway. If you're on IG, please follow me at @rinnesbliss. And to be eligible for my giveaway, repost the pic, tag me, use hashtag #rinnesgiveaway and follow!
The items here are exactly from my profile name (and blog) -- things that make me happy!! Tokidoki, Sanrio, Kawaii stuff, Louis Vuitton (gently used, vintage mini planner, no papers inside), stamps (Yumi and Fumi Handmade), copic markers, a pouch from Marine Parents (also on IG), Studio Calico, Hello Apparel, and more! These things were purchased by me and the giveaway is hosted by only moi. Hope you play along! Remember that this is not a blog giveaway, but on instagram!
XOXO,

Welcome Spring!
Good evening, peeps! It's Wednesday night here, which means it's Thursday morning in Indonesia where the lovely Milk Coffee digital stamps originated!
The challenge for the next two weeks is Welcome Spring!
Isn't this image so darling? She will be a new release at the MC shop soon! I don't know about you but I am totally relaxed and could feel the breeze and the tickle of grass on my feet just by looking at this. :)
It's actually Summer-themed but I added lots of flowers for that Spring-like feel. It works, don't ya think? The felt flowers are from my crafty friend, Cathy. They're fab!
And I'm quite proud for doing purplish tones... it's the hardest color for me to work with / match. But I really do like how her lilac 'do came through. Reminds me of this fashionable chica.
Hope you all get to play along! Please view the Milk Coffee blog to see the other Design Team members' creations!
Have a wonderful and crafty day!

Pedal Power!
Happy Saturday, everyone!!
Sorry for the lack of posts. Mojo has been low and work has been hectic.
I am very grateful for an unexpected day off today. My sister and I went to an unexpected concert/ auction last night and I drank a bit of wine and ate dinner too late. I woke up quite tired so I was very glad to get a phone call. We sometimes get the option to take a day off when there are too many nurses and not enough patients. It's very useful for catching up on my other "jobs" aka DT assignments here or attending a birthday party (we work some weekends and Holidays).
Most often than not, we try to take the tater tots out for a fun event like a museum or the movies. I try to make the most out of these "A" days, but today proved to be a lazy one. I went back to sleep after being on call and didn't wake up till 10:45 am (nice, right?). Ate breakfast then watched Frozen with the kiddies (I've seen it about 30 times now, who's with me?? :)). Then, the boys helped me out by filling some plastic eggs with treats and stickers for MK's pre-school. No other plans for the rest of the day, but it's still pretty early so we'll see. I've been looking at some exercise classes so it's motivating me to take the kids outside at least. It's a beautiful day!
Anyway, today's card is full of Springtime adventures too! I am a sucker for images with bikes so I am very much in love with Time for Tea Designs' Pedal Power. Bicycling stamps remind me of how my hubby and I got together so I just had to pay homage to my mountain pedaling days.
As mentioned before, I really need to start working out but ten years ago, we would be out biking for hours! There's a trail by a creek in our town, and a nearby mountain trail. We'd also go along some neighborhood streets (gnarly road rash on my leg and cheek -- boo!) and wake up early to go to a park by the lake. I regretted not taking my camera out more back then because we've seen some beautiful views. And when I look at the bikes hooked up on the garage ceiling, I can't help but long to take those babies out again (& somehow not think of an excuse not to go).
Back to the card and image... Pedal Power is wearing boots that look a lot like my "wanna-be" pink Uggs. And the only bandanna I own is red so I colored hers the same color. It's hardly noticeable here but I've always wanted a vintage mint bicycle :). Used some Love, Elsie stickers (circa 2007, y'all remember this line??), and I thought the sentiment was perfect for the romantic story of my life. Tee hee.
Making cards are proving to be sentimental to me (danggit, a sign of getting older!!!!). I don't think I'll be giving this one away. I may be tucking it in a scrapbook or end up giving it to the G. Thanks for coming to visit to my little Crafty corner of the blog-o-sphere! And Thanh, thanks for the wonderful sequins -- they're up there and so very dreamy!
Hugs,

Hoppy Easter Kit from TGF!
Good morning, all!
We've got a brand new Daily Life/ Print & Cut kit at The Greeting Farm! It's very adorable as you can see, and oh so perfect for Easter and Spring!
And, whaddya know? There's something good about being a procrastinator! You see, I scrapbooked my phone pics from Easter 2013 into my last year's Project Life. But I also have these pics from my DSLR cam that I never got to scrap. So, I was so very happy to finally work with them and at the same time, showcase this awesome digital kit!
I've left the journaling for later to really show the cards and graphics here. And did you notice? There's a stamp included in this kit! The Hoppy Easter kit contains: 4 -3×4 journal and filler cards, 2 -6×4 filler and journal card, 20 – elements and one EXCLUSIVE digital stamp! She's cute, isn't she?
I'll be showing you a project with her colored, but doesn't she look adorbs just in plain b&w too? :)
And I'm so very happy with two great news!
One, my good Instagram friends: Cynthia and SuiLan will be joining Claudette and I!! Btw, I'm rinnesbliss on there (my craft account) and rinnester (personal). Add me! :)
And two, I am no longer a guest designer... I'm official!! Woo hooo!!!!!
Hope you tune in for more TGF Print and Cut designs!!

Flowers Galore!
Good evening, everyone!!
It's time for another Milk Coffee Challenge tonight (this morning, if you are in Asia!). Today's challenge is to incorporate flowers! Remember that you've got about two weeks to join in. And that you do not have to use a Milk Coffee image. But it would certainly increase your chances of winning. Plus, we'll be oh-so-happy over here on the Design Team!!!
Anyway, without further ado. Ta-Da! My card with flowers on .... (dot, dot, dot...)... a masculine card!!
Just got done watching Bambi last week with my kiddies. Remember that scene with the skunk buried in flowers?? It was a male skunk and the beautiful blooms surrounded him. So beautiful. That was kind of the effect I wanted to portray here.
This dad, spending time with his son, running across a meadow of flowers, mushrooms, and critters. He's telling his son to explore, to run free, to have fun in life! :)
Who says flowers can't exist on a masculine card anyway? Tee hee hee!!
And that awesome sentiment stamp and flair? It's from Kelly Purkey's Meg Says Hello kit!
Toot-a-loo!!!
Bunny Olivia.
Hello all! It's time for theMarch release reviews of C.C. Designs!
Here's Miss Swiss Pixie Bunny Olivia featured on my card, front and center.
I've been hoarding this first Dear Lizzy line, and it's about time to let some of it go. Got lots of precious patterns going on here, so the lay-out is pretty simple. I just love the bright but subtle and colorful tones of Spring, don't you??
See you all very soon!!

Cards with Pics...
Hello everybody! And Happy Monday!!
I'm up on the TGF blog today -- I'm there (& here) to show you a couple of projects using the Berry Sweet Daily Life and Berry Sweet Print & Cuts kits.
When I first started making cards, I used to incorporate pictures instead of stamps. That was before I discovered copics and images. For my cousin's and mother-in-law's birthdays, I decided to include pics and make them a bit more sentimental.
I love the Berry Sweet kits because they are so versatile! You could use them for any occasion and lots of different projects, and yet, the results look very unique in itself!
My cousin is turning 23 this year but I took this photo of her when she was a toddler. It is sepia-toned so I wanted a vintage touch. Added epoxy roses and pearls along with touches of gold. The cuteness of the kit balanced it out with some cuteness as my cuz is still fairly young.
My next creation is for my mom-in-law. The Daily Life kit is made mainly for Project Life, but I really adore how the the elements could be embellishments! And what's great about digital designs is you could size them up or down according to your needs!
Thanks so much for visiting! I'm happy to say there are new kits coming, and you will see the new one very soon!! In the meantime, you can view the current kits here!

First Dance.
Hola!!
I made this card for a colleague who is engaged! I used SOG's First Dance Mae, and they are super fun to color! I made them look like the lovely couple too! :)
I stamped the sentiment from the set with silver ink -- it looks a bit embossed on the background. I also used the gold foils and baby sequins from the SOG shop!!
So sorry to post and run, but I gotta go to work!!
Love,

Daydreaming...
Good Thursday morning, folks!!!
For today, I've got a Time for Tea Designs card to show ya!
I, unfortunately, haven't gotten my printer fixed so I am showing you a digi stamp from last month's release -- Daydream Believer. She is just sweet and pretty! I love her outfit and hair. I tend to color most of my characters' hair black (because I have black hair), but am trying different color combinations here.
This reminds me of a story when one of my BFFs, Mars, said she didn't know how to day dream. I said, "WHAT?!" I told her look out the window, get lost in your thoughts, and just take a minute not to do anything else... and then let your mind take you where it wants to go!! I couldn't relate because it seems like my head is always in the clouds, LOL!
I love these puffy heart sayings stickers from Skipping 5. Thought they'd go perfectly with these papers from Shanna Noel's Print Shop. I've gotten a lot of cards from this paper pad. I just adore how versatile they are... you'd never think I was using these same papers for this week's cards!! Since I needed to make a lot of projects this week, I was just reaching out for the supplies I have on hand. You see, I'm really bad about crafting in my craft room..I tend to bring my supplies out to the family room. And scrap/ make cards while I watch TV and the kiddies play.
Anyway, I hope you all have a great day!
I'll see you soon!!

Last Preview Day for C.C.Designs' March releases.
Top of the mornin' to ya!!
Today's the last day of March previews over at C.C. Designs, and it's Sweet November time!
Amy Young's Sweet November Bunny Tails are truly perfect for Spring and Easter. So much so that I wanted to include them in my Project Life*. This project is a 4x6 journal card.
I was mostly inspired by these colorful bunny Peeps I spotted online. I was drooling over them as I am trying a low carb lifestyle right now, and also admiring how pretty they were! Enter Copics and these images and voila! My very own Easter low carb option :).
Since I already had Shanna Noel's Print Shop papers out for another CCD project, I used up the scallop designed paper. The colors pretty much matched up although I truly didn't plan it that way. I thought it was quite pleasing to the eye and was a nice surprise!
Added some cute stickers and of course, the flowers had to show up somewhere -- it is a Spring card afterall! Used a date stamp to document when Easter would be in my Project Life album.
*(If you haven't heard of PL, it's basically a different way of scrapbooking. Created by Becky Higgins, it's mostly putting in cards in a pocket protector system. You can view more info here).
Hope y'all have a stellar day!!

C.C. Designs' Day 3 of March Previews.
Hiya Peeps!! And welcome to Day 3 of previews over at C.C. Designs' March Releases. This little cutie is from Pollycraft, and her name is Queenie! She is just super cute, don't ya think?
When we were able to pick the stamps we're showcasing, I chose her because of that darling, curly hair! Oh, oh, oh! I can't stand how adorbs she is! Curly hair isn't very easy for me to color. I also wanted to try red/ orange, because she is just so sassy to me! I am quite pleased with how it turned out. :)
Again, as it is a Spring-themed stamp, I wanted to choose feminine, colorful papers. Allison Kreft's Composition and Color line was the way to go. To match Miss Queenie's sassiness, I mixed up lots of patterns and colors. Am still using up those resin flowers, which go along with her dress, don't ya think?
Thanks so much for visiting! See ya back here tomorrow for the last day of previews!!
Toot-a-loo!!

Preview Day 2 at C.C. Designs.
Hi all!!
Today is Day 2 for the previews over at C.C. Designs' March releases. It's all about the new Roberto's Rascals. I've combined two of them -- Henry with Chick and Henry's Bunny -- into one card. Since I have two sons, I thought this would be their card for Easter :).
They're such fun images to color, and I love how sweet their demeanors are. My tater tots love animals so I know they'll just adore this!
When I was coloring, I found that there was a lot of negative space in between them. Thought this would be a great opportunity for a scenic card (which I enjoy making!). I applied some metallic rub-ons against the edges of a cut-up cloud to create the sky. To continue with the sky/ cloud theme, I layered two Hambly overlays against kraft cardstock. I'm really swooning over the effect of this, and besides the two stamps, it's my favorite part of the card!
I continued to extend the grass as well by using fringe scissors by Martha Stewart on green patterned paper.
Hope you all enjoyed my card! Looking forward to Easter now!!

March Previews Day 1 for CC Designs.
Good morning, everyone!
It's my first post on new previews there at C.C. Designs, and I'm so very excited!!
Today, I'm showing you cards previewing the new C.C. Designs releases for March. They will available on March 6th, 12 noon EST, and I hope you visit the blog for more DT previews!
Here's a project featuring Snail:
Snails hold a special place in my heart right now because of the movie, Turbo, that my youngest absolutely loves! I wanted to use up a color combination that was new to me though, and I was lucky enough to find these papers from Shanna Noel's Print Shop line. I think they are perfect for the subdued, simple, but interesting look I was trying to achieve with this garden snail.
Thanks so much for visiting, everyone!! I hope you all have a great rest of the weekend!! And don't forget... the BIG day is March 6th for the reveal!!
