Vintage School Girl.
Good evening, ladies and gents!
Milk Coffee is having a two week long challenge -- this time, it's all about back to school!
I really like the image Charlotte with a Frilly Umbrella, and so I decided to use her. She reminds me of the Jane Austen era (even though her skirt is short) and also the Downton Abbey show (one of my faves).
I added a bunch of vintage items and ephemera that were also somewhat school-related for that back to school feel!
See you all soon!!
PollyCraft's August Review.
Hello, hello, hello!
C.C. Designs is having a review today of its August Pollycraft Stamps releases, and I've got two of those sweet images to show ya today!!
First, it's Frankie's turn, and she's brought along some friends!
Her hair was just so fun to color! I paired her up with my favorite sticker company -- Jolee's. These were such wonderful banner stickers that at first I didn't want to use them!
Next, it's Pollycraft's Bones at the spotlight. I didn't do much shading with my Copics with him -- I just did black (#100) and outlined the bones. But it wasn't easy though ... I had to use a steady hand for his ribs :).
Michael's didn't have a lot of Halloween paper out yet, so I just piled on the stickers again. The banners were from Jolee's, and the pumpkins and skulls were from an old stash.
Thanks for visiting!!

Summer's Ending!
Hello there!
It's Monday and time for another post on the Print and Cut kits from The Greeting Farm!
As we all say good-bye to Summer and get the little ones ready for school, we thought we'd use up the Summer Time Print & Cut kit again (along with Summer Journal Cards) for those last Summer projects. But also to show how versatile it is.
Y'all know that these kits were primarily created for a Daily Life/ Project Life sort of thing! But you can also use these 'papers' and embellies for cards. Above is an image included in the Print & Cut. And below is the final card I created for my son's teachers.
See you soon! And please visit the blogs of Claudette, Cynthia, and Sui Lan for more projects!!

Vampire Henry.
Happy Hump Day, folks!!
It's time for a review on the newest Roberto Rascal stamps over at C.C. Designs! If you haven't guessed it from my last CCD post, August is all about Halloween!
Today, I'm featuring Vampire Henry. Instead of making him look like a boy dressing up for Halloween, I thought I'd show him as a real Vampire (go all out, I say). He's complete with the ashen face and velvet clothes (it's super hard to make your coloring look like velvet :)). And I've paired him up with "Victorian" looking papers!
I was super bummed that I didn't get to photograph him with natural light. I really dislike taking pics of my cards with flash, I feel like the card looks more washed out. But I couldn't risk not getting my card in on time so hope you bear with me!!
Please be sure to visit the awesome DT creations over on the CCD blog... lots and lots of spooky inspiration!!

Beach Babe in my Planner.
Hi all!
Am super excited that it's my Saturday off! Today, I'm showcasing one of the new releases on Time for Tea Designs - Beach Babe. With summer drawing to a close here in the States, I thought she'd be perfect for a little marker for my planner.
If you haven't seen or heard of it yet, there's quite a comeback for regular, physical planners. This one is from Kikki K (love their company), and I've been decorating my pages. I mostly do it with colorful pens, washi tape, and stickers, but I've been dabbling with stamps too!
My sisters are going to Hawaii in a couple of days. I'm not able to go but I always like to remind myself of the beauty of the islands. And Beach Babe is just perfect for reminiscing about a Summer Getaway. I paired her with some Jolee's stickers and Jo included an accessory pack for a couple of her new stamps so I included those too. The mini images are from Beach Babe and Peace Out.
The heart macaron paper clips are from Mahal Made - aren't they cute?
Hope you get to visit the T4TD blog for more inspiration!! Thanks for visiting!!

Stripes!
Hi all!!
It's time for another Milk Coffee Challenge. This one's super easy! (at least for me anyway!). Add some stripes!
This darling is Charlotte Ballet, and she can be found at the Milk Coffee store.
The two patterned papers are actually pirate/ Halloween-themed, but I thought they were perfect for this image and challenge! Please visit the blog for more inspiration. You've got two weeks to play!!
I am so pleased at the amount of people who play along with Milk Coffee. As part of the DT, I'm responsible in commenting for some of the participants.. people, there were almost 200 people who joined in!! :) Thanks so much!!
Toodles,
Witches Away!
Happy Hump Day, folks!!
Today, C.C. Designs is having a review of its August releases. Here's the Meoples Witches Away. Love the Meoples. They're so simply drawn and so quirky... I've forgotten how much I liked them!
It was quite hard getting in the mood for Halloween in August. But when I went into Michael's, I noticed right away that they've put out a lot of Halloween stuff already! Well... better too early than too late, am I right??
I really enjoy making scenic cards for Halloween :).
Have a wonderful day and see you soon!

Summer's Coming to an End.
Good morning, peeps!
Happy Monday! Today, I've got a couple of new projects to show you featuring The Greeting Farm's Summer Time Print and Cut kit, as well as the add on kit of Summer Journal Cards.
I extended my son's preschool into their version of a Summer camp, but his last day is nearing. I wanted to make his teachers some good-bye cards. That's his writing there alongside Teacher Anya.
Hope you all get to visit the TGF blog, as well as the other DTs: Cynthia, Sui-Lan, and Claudette's blogs!
Have a great day!
