Cubs & Whales.

I was gonna make this into a card but then I remembered about this picture. Back when I was 8 or 9 (and still living in the Philippines), I was a Cub Scout. Thought this Anya was perfect for a scrapbooking l.o.!!!

Supplies:
CS- Bazzill
PP- Scenic route (white), Cratepaper (turquoise and green strips), Scrap In Style TV (striped), My Little Shoebox (tree cut-outs), Hambly.
Brad- Basic Grey
Sticker- American Crafts
Punch- EK Success
Paper clip- K&Company
Rub-ons- Daisy D's
Markers- Copics
Stamp- Cute Troop Anya

Last week, I went shopping at a bookstore and found this awesome, oversized 12" x 16" picture book. You can tear away the pages and hang 'em as art. Was supposed to buy books for my lil babe but I couldn't resist...

...especially when I saw the whale print :). I just HEART whales. But I am trying to ignore that octopus one swallowed...ha ha!!

Have a great Wednesday!! My new favorite day of the week!! Here's one of the reasons why:

Uggs rock!! I have several pairs and love them all. I still have my original pair that are 18 years old...and they are still comfy!

  3. Hehehehe, at first I thought you must have used your niece's photo. But, I do see the resemblance.
Great layout! Love how you used cute troop anya with your photo. I wish I saved my girlscout photo. I'm saving the anya stamp for my girl though.

THANK YOU so much for info on Chasing Fireflies. I've never heard of them, but loved what I saw on their site. How didn't I know about this store! Thank you!!! They were selling the astronaut suit for $50 as well. It's NASA one. I guess they can't lower the price, oh well. BUT, I went to a mall today and guess what I've found! Gymboree had a space suit costume. It doesn't say NASA, but it was $29! Still too expensive for a costume, and the fabric is definitely not as good as NASA one.
