This little boy was pondering....
What will my mommy dress me up for Halloween this year?
Not happy to be the Blue Caterpillar in Alice in Wonderland (at first).
But he soon got used to the idea.
Afterall, it will probably be the last year when I could dress him in something cute. Next year, I'm sure he'll want to be some kind of superhero or something...
Here I am dressed up as the Queen of Hearts for my work's Trick-Or-Treat Trail. My costume was really cool, really beautiful, really regal...but also heavy!
My co-workers and I were a hit! From left to right: the White Queen, Cheshire Cat, Mad Hatter, Playing Card (aka My Royal Subject :), Red Queen, Caterpillar, and the Rabbit.
And here's Alice, who was busy with meds so she couldn't be in the group pic.
That same day, at a different workplace, my sissy dressed up as the Mad Hatter.
In other news, am hoping for a win for the black and orange this Halloween Day at the World Series - Game 4! Go GIANTS!

Give Thanks
Ok, here's the last card I made with my left-over tags.
Used the October TE Key Ingredients kit's PP. Added the ribbon and flower from the actual favor.
One cannot have enough thank you cards, am i right? :)
Sorry, for my super quick cards and posts. I'm hoping that November will be a better month for me. I am dying to make more cards and color with my Copics.
In the meantime, here's a sneak peek of MK's possible costume: BUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Of course, he hates it!
I am going to be the Red Queen of Hearts....isn't this a great accompaniment? :)
I'm trying to get my hubby to be the Mad Hatter!

Thank You with flair
Here's another card made from my left-over tags. Jenn from Torendi was nice enough to send me these stamped images from the sold-out Storybook Alice in Wonderland stamp set.
I was watching America's Next Top Model on my DVR last night. The stylist was stating how fashion should be fun and that you should never be scared to mix patterns. I thought this was a clever mantra for cardmaking as well!
Added lace for that extra flair here! :)
Used the September TE Key Ingredients kit.
Have a wonderful day!

Little Twin Stars card
Since I had some left-over tags from my friend's baby shower (previous post), I decided to make cards to 'upcycle' them.
Used TE's September Key Ingredients kit's papers and cardstock. Added some stickles.
And for your viewing pleasure, here's a video of my son doing some Latin dancing at the wedding! LOL!

Alice in Wonderland Baby Shower!
For CF's baby shower, I was in charge of favor tags (see previous post) and decorations.
Ever since the movie "Alice in Wonderland" came out, I have been obsessed with anything AIW-themed. Stamps, make-up, decorations.
I even thought about doing an AIW party for Mattie's first bday but that just didn't seem appropriate for a boy.
So I thought, "Wouldn't it be perfect for my dear preggie friend who is very girly and loves all cute things?"
With whimsical tea pots, plates and cups, borrowed candlesticks, dainty flowers, AIW / girly cards, and yummy desserts made by one of the other hostesses, this tea party was created!
I also loved how the guests brought crackers, fruit, quishes .... tea-themed dishes and they didn't even know what the decor was about!
Lastly, I brought some headbands and fun hats as props for pictures!
Hope you enjoy! I couldn't choose just a few pics so bear with me! :)
