Window Cards.

Good morning, everybody!

I hope you are all enjoying your weekend so far! I am off so I am all smiles! We have a new challenge for you at Christmas Card Challenges! This week, make a card with a window!

I originally wanted Tilda to be on the other side of that window. But, hey, why not make a scene where we are looking outside the window instead of in? I'm telling you, sometimes, I like to stand out from the crowd and differentiate myself from the other people -- hope you go to the CCC blog and view the other DT's examples. Remember that the challenge is totally optional...as long as it's winter-themed or Holiday-related, your card entry will be fine! Hurry and start making those cards...there are only 155 days till Christmas! :)

So I was on Facebook the other day, and some one asked, "Which stamping image brand do you not like or care for?" Some people actually said Magnolia. I know that not everyone likes the same stamps but people were saying that they were potato-faces! Uggh! So mean, huh? I think Magnolia stamps are so cute and darling! And then people said they didn't like The Greeting Farm or Some Odd Girl. ****GASSSSSPPPPP** I nearly fell off my chair! He he he! I love both but to each her own I guess! :)

Very unconventional Christmas colors, don't you think? I had a hard time! But eventually, I came up with this:



What??!, you ask! There are no Design Papers at all! LOL!

My favorite part, of course, is the Magnolia stamp. Just please ignore how she's dressed when she's outside in the snow, he he! What can I say, I'm a true Californian at heart?

Hello, hello, hello!

I'm back with a super quick card made up of some old scraps. It features the mini-version of Birthday Tilda. She was super quick to color! I'm entering this for the Birthday Sundaes # 34 (birthday card with birthday wording on front).

The sentiment is from Paper Smooches, and I had to line up some of the letters with my white Inkssentials pen so that they'd show up. Pretty cool effect though, if you ask me, LOL!
