Hello, hello! And welcome to another
Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps Challenge.
It's SCRSC 65 and it's a photo inspiration:

The first thing that came to mind were the colors. They're sort of monotonous, except for the dark gold/brown/amber. And I decided not to go for the Fall theme as my cards lately have been depicting a lot of Autumn goodness already.
It was a bit of a challenge to do similar colors but have the papers stand out at the same time. So I made a lot of borders. I used
Cocktail Emily because of the glass element. The lemon signifies the food entity in the pic, and the sentiment (night) reflects the candlelight.

Doesn't Emily look like she's ready to have some fun? The paper behind her was misted and the hidden design made it look like a dance floor, don't ya think? (more info on technique on this
post). And the handwriting on the papers? Well, it's poetic and romantic because you never know who you're gonna meet when you're out with the girls, am I right?? :)
Just remind me to please never mix silver and brown again on a dress....eeeeeks!! LOL!
SCRS is also the current sponsor at
Card Patterns, and I wanted to participate. It's my first time, but it won't be my last. They have really great sketches!

Hope y'all get to play along! For more details, pls head over to the
